Welcome to the blog! I'm glad you're here. Like many of my visual artist friends, I am not what you would call long winded. I prefer to let my images speak for themselves. If you're here looking for sprawling diatribes on the state of the industry (I may get on my soapbox once in a while when something really fires me up) sadly you're in the wrong place. However! If you're in to pretty cool photos, dogs, music, interesting places, architecture, food or any combination of these things you are totally in the right place. My blog will be chock full of images for you to peruse and enjoy. And who doesn't love to peruse? So let's start this off right.

This is Viola. I'm sure Autumn (she's our other pup) will make an appearance on the blog at some point.

This weekend I had the privilege of helping out a great organization, Companion Pet Rescue and Transport. CPR has an adoption location here in Southbury, CT where my wife and I adopted our second dog, Viola, a couple months ago. They are a volunteer based organization that is always looking for people to help out. Sunday we photographed all the adoptable pups at the farm. If you are looking to adopt a dog this is a great place to look. If you are in the Southbury area and would like to help out by being a volunteer, AWESOME! But for now, bring on the cute. Here is just some of the overwhelming cuteness going on over there at CPR.

You may recognize Dewey if you are following me on Instagram @dorianmodephoto. He was my buddy at the adoption event we helped with on Friday. He's so stinkin' cute isn't he?

Posey was adopted at the open house on Sunday. Hooray!!!

Pistachio's got a special kind of adorable going on. He's such a happy pup.
